Origin: Colombia - Farm Potosi
Process: Washed - Cherries are picked at level of ripeness for optimal sugar content then depulped without water and allowed to ferment between 24-30 hours. Once coffee is fully washed it is mechanically dried.
Tasting Notes: Pomegranate, Grapefruit, Milk Chocolate.
This is a direct trade coffee from Cafe Granja La Esperanza. The fruit notes in this coffee are clean and free of the funky/fermenty characteristics some naturals offer which can be off putting to some. This coffee represents fantastic quality for its price.
