Geisha Cerro Azul Natural is one of the best coffees from one of the most respected producers in the world. CGLE rigorously picks only ripe cherries with brix grades of 18. Fermentation is carried out for 36 hours and then it is dried for 48 hours in a silo with an average temperature of 35 celsius then sun dried for 15 days.
The meticulous care given at the farm is obvious in the final cup that is bursting with sweetness and complexity. We have a very limited supply and this is a coffee you don't want to miss.
