Tasting Notes: Orange Juice, Apple, Black Tea
This coffee had trouble finding a home in 2020, but as you will see when you taste it, that has more to do with supply chain disruptions due to Covid than any quality issues with this coffee. We were lucky enough to be able to get in touch with a producer and exporter, Benjamin Paz, who was able to send us samples of this coffee which is named for the farmer which produced it. Some of our favorite naturally processed coffees come from Honduras and this is no exception. If you enjoyed the Solo or the Highline in the past, you'll like this one too.
For every bag purchased, we will send money back to Honduras to help the people there who were devastated both by Covid and Hurricane Eta.
