Origin: Colombia - Farm Potosi
Process: Natural - 36 hours fermentation inside coffee cherry followed by 48 hours drying in silo then 15 days drying in the sun.
Tasting Notes: Watermelon, Cherry, Complex
This coffee was brought to Stone Tower Joe via direct trade with Cafe Granja La Esperanza. This is a truly amazing coffee in which the natural fermentation really shines through; before even being roasted the green coffee smells like apples. The tasting notes are too numerous to list and each individual will probably discern slightly different flavors as this is a intensely complex coffee that changes rapidly as it cools. This is a coffee that has the potential to open peoples eyes to the possibilities within coffee.
